Wanted: Items for Chinese Auction

We need items for our Chinese Auction to be held on 7/6, 7/7, & 7/8. Stop by your local businesses and ask if they would like to donate items for our fundraiser auction. Remind them that we are a not-for-profit organization and their donations are tax deductible. Letters are available in the registration building that you can give to the businesses for their records. If you get items, please bring them to the track and give them to the staff in the Registration building.

Volunteers:

The following is a list of volunteers that are needed to help for our Qualifier Weekend races on Saturday, July 7th and Sunday July 8th:

8 - Corner Marshalls each day
10 - Scorers each day
2 - Gate Verifiers each day
2 - Stagers each day
2 - Gate Starters each day
2 - Score Sheet runners each day
2 - Score Sheet posters each day

We also need volunteers to help out with:

	Selling 50/50 tickets
	Selling Chinese Auction tickets (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
	Work in the Snack Shack or food/beverage table
	Selling Southtowns BMX souvenirs (hats, t-shirts, koozies, mugs)

You don't need to work both days. If you can help out for 1 day, or even part of a day, that would be great! If you know you are going to be at the races for the qualifiers and would like to help out, send us an email and let us know what you would like to do.
